« Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price »

« We had a wonderful weekend away staying in the cottage. Jane was excellent with her communication and even leaving a few goodies in the way of a box of chocolates and a bottle of milk. Some previous reviews had mentioned the place not getting any sun but we found it the opposite. « We had such a great stay at this house! It was super spacious and had a welcoming feel. There were plenty of games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained, which was a nice bonus. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. Kate was great with communication - clear instructions and quick to respond if we had any questions.
