« The room was beautiful and quite large size and everything was new however there is no hook to hang your clothes as they lock the wardrobe. It has small heater and 1 thin duvet which is not enough to warm the room during winter. I have to move out after 1 hour check in as it’s very cold and don’t think I would able to sleep. « I stayed at this property with my two sons and one of my grandsons. We came to Taupo to attend the Australian Supercar races. The property fitted our requirements brilliantly as it is close to the racing track, and is in a short walking distance to all the central Taupo facilities, including shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. For example, there wasn’t a coffee grinder, the washer had someone’s wet clothes still in it, etc. We had to bring our own sheets and towels (which the host said was a local norm, but we asked a handful of locals who said this was not normal).
