« With this house you get an awful lot of dampness along side all the wonders of a beautiful bush setting, and fantastic morning bird song. There are dehumidifiers downstairs that barely take the edge off the appalling damp, moldy smell down where the lower bedrooms are. Even the upstairs bedroom was more musty than I would expect for a quality bach. When we arrived the hot water hadnt been turned on, and its really hard to get someone from Bachcare to answer the phone, so it took a while to get...

« The property was adequate but very expensive for what it was, only 2 bedrooms. The fire place was great. It didn't have wifi. Nice big deck and good views. Bodywash was show in the shower would have been useful. Good communication from Bachcare. Pukawa is a beautiful spot. »

« We enjoyed our stay. I did book thinking it had a dryer and washing machine as listed but once I had booked the information I received stated no laundry facilities. She did say she would correct it on the description. I see it’s a new property so maybe some tips for future guests, hand towels are a must in bathroom, we were drying our hand on little face cloths, hangers in wardrobe and a welcome book with wifi info would add nice little touches. »

« The best thing about the property is the location, which is amazing. And the supply of kayaks, lifejackets etc. If you are bringing a dog, it's worth knowing that the area is over-run with rabbits. Not sure why there is a reference to a winery in the listing. It's a basic batch (and small) but clean and everything you need. The outdoor set up is excellent. We'd come back again for sure. »
