« Even though there was a man there when we arrived, he only confirmed where to find the lock box to get our key. The rooms were very small and the equipment was only adequate. The second day there was no hot water. I read the directions in the book and found the gas bottles to switch them over. The location is very rural, pretty but a long way to stores and restaurants. The driveway is quite narrow. »

« This is such a unique and beautiful cottage. The cottage is spacious, charming, and beautifully presented. All the extras the host provided (soft drinks, milk, coffee, bread, etc.) were a lovely touch and made the experience even more special. The nature walking trails and outdoor bath were highlights of our stay. The rustic, vintage vibe creates a wonderful atmosphere, and the fireplace adds a romantic touch. « We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a close drive to all the things we wanted to see in the area. The space is bright and the country views are amazing! We loved sipping our coffee in the mornings on the large patio outside. Great place for star gazing at night also! The beds were comfy, the bathroom heater was great and we also liked having the kitchen to cook some of our own meals in. "Nous avons aimé séjourner à Taupo DeBretts Spa Resort pendant nos trois nuits en période d’hivers (début août). Les enfants voulaient voir la neige et nous venions de Taupo (Wakapapa). Bien que les chauffages muraux ne fonctionnaient pas dans les chambres, nous avons demandé à bénéficier de chauffages d’appoint qui ont paru amplement suffisants. Le personnel qui est très réactif et attentionné. Notre logement était très bien isolé du froid et propre. il était suffisamment éloigné des autres pour bénéficier d’un peu d’intimité. Il y a des rideaux occultants aux fenêtres. De plus, Il est possible de se garer près des logements facilitant ainsi le transport des bagages. Les ustensiles de cuisine (casserole, poêle, assiettes, fourchettes, couteaux…) sont suffisants pour préparer un bon petit petit déjeuner ou un repas. Pour les restaurants, il suffit de descendre en voiture et se diriger vers le centre ( moins de 8 minutes). Sur bémol, il faut payer pour avoir accès aux piscines chaudes dont l’une est thermale. En séjournant sur place, on bénéficie d’un tarif réduit. La présence de surveillant près des piscines est rassurante. On peut récupérer des serviettes propres à la réception après le bain en échange des serviettes sales. L’accès aux toboggans ne valent pas le coups en hivers mais en été, je pense que ce serait intéressant. Sur les 3 grands toboggans, l’un était fermé. Il y a également un espace de jeux pour les plus petits. En résumé, notre séjours a été formidable."

"Studio très pratique pour nous 4. Cuisine simple mais efficace. La SDB fonctionnelle. Proche de toutes commodité (resto, Laundromatic, station, supermarché, parc etc…) pour son emplacement lieux très calme la nuit (pas de bruit) Pour nous en hiver le spa pool une dinguerie après une journée à whakapapa✨et extérieur très pratique avec un enfant de 2 ans🌺"
