« The house is newly renovated and clean and comfortable. Easy parking. Each room has a heater. This time we were just passing by, so we stayed for one night. We will come back and experience more it next time. »

« We had access to everything we needed- a fantastic stay and close to all the activities in and around Rotorua making for a great 'base'Plenty of room for our family of 5 and will absolutely book again if we have the opportunity. PS- Laundry was great to have after visiting Hell's Gate mud baths! »

« The room was beautiful and quite large size and everything was new however there is no hook to hang your clothes as they lock the wardrobe. It has small heater and 1 thin duvet which is not enough to warm the room during winter. I have to move out after 1 hour check in as it’s very cold and don’t think I would able to sleep. On top of that the owner lives upstairs and you could literally hear lots of noise and sounds like someone dragging luggage backwards and forwards. And you could hear next...

« The property was well presented and of a high standard. Our group of 8 people really enjoyed our stopover there.4 start rating due to lack of bedroom furnishings/wardrobes in all bedrooms and driveway prone to flooding. (Car in 5cm water after overnight rainfall). »

« Spa was great. House was clean and cosy. We had a family of 5 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful kitchen and lovely lounge room. »

« Excellent provision of bed ware, towels etc. for 6 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room for grandchildren's hide and seek. One games machine not working. Great location close to Redwoods and Luge.Excellent communication to and from Emma. One thing always bugs me about properties - a ragbag assortment of coat hangers! But that's the only niggle! »
