« This property is by far the best we have stayed in traveling the north side for 3 week with a family of 4. Its location is perfect nice and quiet. It’s not in the smelly part of Rotorua . We have slept in many beds and we have found the beds at under the walnut feel like home. The outside is deceiving doesn’t look like much. But the inside has everything you need as if you were at home. I’d definitely stay there again. »

« I picked this location for the quieter neighborhood and it was really nice and peaceful but still close to everything, especially the redwoods. The space was great and roomy, wish we had time to stay longer. The hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day. Communication was clear and I appreciated the discount codes for activities which I was able to use for a few things. »

« We had the most perfect stay at this beautiful lakefront home for our netball tornament. The house was absolutely stunning – warm, spacious, and spotless. Every little detail had been thought of, which made our stay so easy and comfortable.The layout was perfect for a group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax together while still having their own space. The home was so clean and well-presented, and we loved how cosy it felt while still being modern and fresh.The location right on the lake...

« The house, grounds and view were wonderful. Everything we needed was there, and the host was very helpful. If i texted he got back to me promptly. He was also helpful in making suggestions of interesting places to go and sights to see. Highly recommend, i would stay there again! »

"When we arrived in the early evening, they could not check us in because they couldn't make keycards. The had us and many others in the lobby area, for some time. We went out for dinner and came back around 10. They still had not figured out the keycard issue, they let us into our room, but could not issue a keycard. Next morning, still no keycard, in the evening they finaly had keycards for some rooms. We were one of "the lucky ones" who finally got a roomkey. Hotel parking spaces were very limited. fortunately street parking was available and free of charge. "
