« Lovely, warm and well equipped cottage in a quiet area. Comfortable beds and the whole place was super clean, definitely recommend and would stay again. »

« Warmly welcomed though allowed privacy. Everything we needed was provided. Very comfortable beds. Great having the 2 studios. Easy access and parking near the door without steps to climb. Lovely garden area. Spotlessly clean. Surprisingly quiet at night as on a busy road which meant we were central and walking distance to shop, takeaways, bakery etc. Short drive to city and waterfront and Pukekura Park and river walks. Great value! Thank you so much for making our stay most enjoyable. »

« Barbwire Bach has everything you need to enjoy its location with the added bonus of having access to their boxing gym. The kids absolutely loved it. Overlooking Opunake Lake and with the beach an enjoyable 3 minute walk away - or longer if the kids want to climb the pohutukawa trees and play on the playground, I have no hesitation in recommending Barbwire Bach and hope to stay again. »

« We enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying the sunset. The accommodation's were lovely. Plenty of space and in a nice neighborhood. »

« We loved it. Great setup and nice and remote. Fire was a bonus. Great sunsets. »

« Raetihi was an excellent place to unwind and connect. The beautiful rural property was glorious at all times of the day. The fireplace warm and inviting. A lot of fun was had toasting marshmallows on the fire pit and soaking in the Hot Tub. »

« The Butchers shop was a great place to stay to see and do lots on the Forgotten Highway. Close to the famous pub, it was clean cosy and very comfortable. Great place to stay! »

« Beautiful accomodation. Very clean and spacious. It was so peaceful and we loved listening to the bird sounds. Unfortunately we had limited time so didn’t get to enjoy the short walk to the beach. Hopefully we will be back soon. »

« We loved the location, on the sea edge with a view of the mountain. Quiet and serene, we really had a chance to unwind and take in the beauty of Taranaki. The house was modern and well equipped. »
