« Very nice and comfortable week long stay at the above, 3 adults and 2 border collies. Ideal location for what we wanted, within 1 minute walk through rear gate and amongst the dunes. Although the elder dog is 13.5 years old, soon as we mentioned 'walk' she manages to stand after a spinal injuries 2 years ago, but to see her face light up when she gets onto the sand, with the youngerone tormenting her slightly, they both really enjoyed there holiday as well. May well try to rebook for next year...

« Fabulous cottage in a beautiful location. A lovely vegan welcome pack was an unexpected surprise. The only negative for us was it did smell of dogs and there were dog hairs on the sofa other than that the cottage was clean and had everything we needed. »

« Second time staying at this property and just like before it was fantastic. The property was lovely and clean and brilliantly equipped with everything you need making it a real home from home. Self catering is really easy as the kitchen is fully equipped including ample fridge and freezer space. With the added convenience of having a dishwasher and washing machine. « 4 night stay was fantastic. Perfect for a group whose ages ranged from 12 to 84!Tranquility of the farm was perfect. Day trips to Southwold, Norwich, Beccles and Aldeburgh all under an hour away.Fire pit at the property was a lovely touch. Along with fire starting help and free fire wood!It is a great place to spend a restful few days. You do need a car as the only drawback is that isn't a walkable pub! But there is beer at the honesty shop. »

« We spent a wonderful few days in Cherry Tree Cottage. The cottages have been beautifully renovated and well equipped and we were lucky enough to christen the amazing bbq grill and hut. The cottage is very dog friendly with enclosed garden. A great base to explore the North Norfolk towns and beaches with some great recommendations from Andy and Karen. »

« The cottage was perfect and delightful with the house being very picturesque with plenty of internal room and two bathrooms. Also the pub almost opposite the cottage was a good watering hole and the food was good.The location was ideal for exploring the Norfolk Broads and we clocked up many miles (both on land and on the rivers) and visited plenty of places.
