« Communication with the host is very good. Clear instructions for the property. The house is very comfortable to holiday in. We have stayed a few times and always enjoyed our time there. It does accommodate various age groups and we had a one year old with us. Although we had to shield the glass cupboard. A lovely property with a childrens play park within walking distance. If you have a dog, there are so lovely places to go all walkable from the property. A lovely farm shop selling fresh eggs....

« The owner did not give us details of access until after 12 noon on the day of the holiday. we were all coming from different areas. He came to see us that night and told my son to close the only window in his room, as it was broken. Luckily it was not too hot a weekend or he would have roasted. There was no outside seating in the garden area and my sister who is disabled would have liked to sit in the garden a while. Generally the property was not disabled access friendly with only steps at...

« The property is a comfortable size for 4 adults to stay in. It's a great location for walking to Lincoln's main sights. We were able to easily park on the street nearby. There are useful local shops for self-catering or plenty of places to eat out. »

« Booked through Expedia, easy booking, good communication. Nice little end terraced property suited us for the night. We was visiting family so only slept in property. Property was tidy, code was given on day, parking space available with permit left on table, beds comfy, powerful shower. Quite area, floorboards are loose which rattles the floor and wardrobes. Don't know about area. No teabags or milk so bring your own. Thank you for the stay much appreciated. »

« It was lovely. It was quiet and away from people, v close to local amenities and sites. The WiFi is spotty but that is no criticism, it was great to know i could just read a book without constantly checking my screen. Will definitely come again. »

« Wir haben drei Nächte in dem Apartment von Nicolas verbracht. Nachdem wir anfangs nichts von ihm gehört haben, hat der Check In dann doch geklappt.Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, die Küche ist neu mit großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, die beiden Schlafzimmer sind schlicht, aber schön und mit gutem Betten ausgestattet. Es gab keine Gläser, Nicolas hat noch am gleichen Tag uns die Gläser vorbeigebracht, sehr hilfsbereit. Leider entspricht der Außenbereich überhaupt nicht dem Foto, der ist...

« We stayed at bungalow as a base for going to a family wedding, 7 in group. After a minor glitch caused by a failed text message about gate entry (no-one's fault) got in safe and sound. Lovely to find a little welcome pack of biscuits and wine for us. "Malgré des difficultés en anglais, nous avons très bien été accueillis par l'hôtesse à la réception. La chambre était propre, moderne, et ultra confortable. Nous avons pris les petits déjeuners : il y en avait pour tous les goûts, un vrai régal. Nous recommandons grandement cet hôtel, et espérons y repasser un jour."
