« Well. We have just returned home after one of the best holidays ever in such a beautiful cottage in a beautiful village of Docking. Everything that we needed was available in the cottage, down a little sleepy road where all you could hear was the birds singing and a hare would often run pass on an evening. A faultless property and we can't wait to return in the near future. »

The location is ideal for visiting many local attractions, I.e,, Sandringham, Welles-next-The-Sea and the beaches and Nature Reserve. We would definitely come back again! . »

« Great location close to beaches and villages and bundles of character. We had 2 dogs and the outdoor space was safe and perfect for us. Carolyn is lovely as a host and on hand if you need her. We were 2 adult couples with an elderly father and the office downstairs converted for him perfectly. »

« This cottage was beautiful, in an amazing area really quiet but also just a short drive to busy holiday beaches etc. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the bed, they was so uncomfortable, everyone in our party commented the same. It was a bit like sleeping on concrete. They was clean and bedding was lovely, just really hard mattress. Loads of cutlery and kitchen equipment, not having an opening window in the kitchen wasn’t ideal.Apart from the two above, it was ideal and would...

Cover on front bed filthy. Toilet seat not attached correctly. No logs provided for log burner or tools. Welcome pack not as advertised no wine no milk no eggs no crisps small loaf.
