« Disappointing. On arrival to the room, there was a distinct musty smell. Not pleasant and still present after opening the windows. No WiFi in the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised. « I wouldn’t recommend this hotel anyone, I stayed at this hotel recently and paid £130 for a night but it was very disappointed with the condition of the room and the way my concerns were handled. I went into the shower and only realised after I was already wet that there was no shampoo provided in the dispenser/tray.
