« Immaculately clean, modern, bright apartment. Mark was a very friendly host, communication was simple and easy. Perfectly located, close to the action, yet very peaceful. Would highly recommended. Front room cafe very good for breakfast. »

« The caravan was amazing and comfortable and safe. The surrounding area was quite isolated (only because we were cycling) and there are very little walking/cycling paths - lots of walking on roads with large lorries hurtling by - quite unsafe and off-putting for younger people »

« This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. »

« Lovely caravan in a great location. Cleaning not good (ketchup over the whole kitchen and lounge area?) and was lacking the towels that were in the listing. The broom was broken and we couldn't use the patio doors. harder »

« It was easy to get into the property. It was very clean with 2 toilets which surprised me! The bed was super comfortable and I slept well. Obviously the 5.30am seagull wake up call, the squawking and marching up and down the roof disturbed but we were at the coast so it is to be expected. We did not really use the park facilities. »

« Check in was easy and location was good, thise are the only positives. The property is extremely dated and dirty. The furnishings in communal areas were torn, threadbare, stained, dirty and smelly. The carpets were dirty, covered in dog and human hair. There was mould above the shower and dirt and mould under the sink. The areas around the toilets were soiled with rusted old urine splashes. There was mould on one of the bedroom walls.The kitchen cupboard fascias were peeling and the handles all...

« Lovely little flat in a very convenient location. Parking wasn't an issue as there was plenty of parking in the area. Asked for an additional heater before I arrived and they kindly put one in there for me. Stairs are quite narrow and are only wide enough for one foot per step, but not a problem for me. :) »
