« This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. »

« We had a wonderful time in Rye with this ideally located studio apartment. Superbly equipped with everything we needed to ensure a very pleasant stay. The steps to the apartment ( 2 staircases to negotiate plus the amazing staircase to the bedroom would challenge any one who struggles with stability). A quiet location disturbed only by birdsong. No complaints whatsoever about our stay. »

« Check in was easy and location was good, thise are the only positives. The property is extremely dated and dirty. The furnishings in communal areas were torn, threadbare, stained, dirty and smelly. The carpets were dirty, covered in dog and human hair. There was mould above the shower and dirt and mould under the sink. The areas around the toilets were soiled with rusted old urine splashes. There was mould on one of the bedroom walls.The kitchen cupboard fascias were peeling and the handles all...
