« Great location however it was the only bonus. Cleanliness just hit the par, appliances also just hit the par. However couches and overall decor was sub par with big tears in them. Bathroom facilities were also underwhelming, shower not suitable for taller people. As said, location is one of the only things going for it aside from parking. As a bookabach owner myself, don’t like to leave a negative review, nevertheless this left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall very disappointing for the money...

« We enjoyed our 5 day stay in this cute, cozy bach! We had everything we needed for cooking, the bedding was very comfortable and we all slept well here. Beautiful scenery can be viewed right outside every window. The hosts were responsive, although we had no issues come up. We even had a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers on arrival. The lavender and honeysuckle bushes lining the entrance were an added fragrant treat. »

« We were given the wrong code for lockbox so took over an hour to get in, oven, dishwasher, bathrooms, windows very dirty, hair in bathroom drawers and both shower plugs, fluff from dryer ALL over the garage, empty body wash & hand soap bottles left in shower/on bench. No WIFI for entire week & it's rugby world cup! Empty kitchen soap and no cloths/scrubbers, Managers got cleaners in on the second day, couldn't get WIFI whole stay even after this had been offered. lots of cupboards and drawers...

« Place was clean and great location. Options for cooking limited to a microwave, BBQ supplied but doesn't really work in winter. The rest of the guest house well appointed. We left some coats in the cupboard which the owner nicely couriered back to us, at our request, once he was 100% positive that we had paid the courier fee. « The photos are very old and it does not represent the house at all. The house was not legally setup with smoke alarms which we fixed within an hour of arriving. It was dirty, had carpet beetles eating at the master bedroom carpet, crockery and cutlery sticky and dirty in a dirty kitchen, broken chair in the living area, vinyl in bathroom broken and old so floor cannot be adequate sanitised/cleaned. The heat pump had not been cleaned in a very long time so it did not work, so we had to vacuum it...
