« Really great room, beautifully fitted out with a lovely bathroom and all very clean and nice. Right in the middle of town, excellent location for restaurants, shops and bars and still really close to and we walked to, fantastic forest trails and fabulous countryside. Can’t wait to stop again. »

« Writing this review on behalf of my husband who stayed here two nights to attend a Manchester United game. This was perfect if you’re in town to watch a game. Can walk back and forth from Old Trafford. This bnb is in a neighborhood as it’s a house so driving up to it can be a bit surprising at first. The house was really spotless and the hosts were very kind. Your stay does include breakfast and you have choice of an English breakfast & a Hong Kong style breakfast that the host makes for you....

« The property is on the banks of a stream with the constant sound of a waterfall which gives it a certain ambience. Rooms very clean and staff very friendly end helpful. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent. Convenient bus service to and from Huddersfield stopping right outside. »

« You'll need to manage your expectations if staying here. Its cheap & its cheap for a reason. Its not Travelodge style accommodation, but (I suspect) cheaply built and maintained block of approx 15 holiday camp type rooms in a working farm yard. I stayed in room 12 that had been recently painted & had a new carpet. Lovely hot shower, comfortable bed, working kettle. No towels supplied but i expected this from other reviews. & no breakfast despite plenty of signs saying B&B. I feel its...
