« Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. « The staff and communication prior and during the trip was excellent. Location was great, a Co-Op near by and a 10 min walk from Print Works, AO Arena - not far from everywhere really. Room was clean and tidy, spacious and equipped suitably. The boiler was rather noisy, and there was a slight food smell on the linens. « Very nice cottage right on top of the famous butcher shop.Easy acces to everything.The river at the entrance gives you a relaxing mood and its very quite at night eventhough it next to the busy street.We’ve got everything we need and the owner is very communicative.The cottage needs dusting that make me sneeze all the time but other than that,we have a lovely time.thank you »
