« Unbelievable property, loved every minute »

« A week or so before we arrived we received a phone call to advise us that we were being moved to a different lodge as our booked lodge had been closed for maintenance. As it was the same type of lodge that was OK. As we arrived via the decking, we noticed huge amounts of grasses etc from the mini lake spread over and through the decking railings. Completely unkempt ad preventing us from reaching parts of the edge of the balcony area. The hot tub cover was so filthy, we didn't even consider...

« The property was beautiful, well equipped and large enough to accommodate two families. Children’s books and toys, DVD’s, books available if you wanted them. Nice touch, milk and biscuits left on arrival. Communication with Caroline the host was very helpful. Lovely house and very nice stay. »

First, the neighboring rental is just next door and while their is no noise as the buildings are separate, it can accommodate 14 people so many other people and cars may be walking by your windows to go...

« Alder Cottage was a great place for our family holiday, there were eleven of us in total and we all had plenty of space. The bedrooms and seating were comfortable. It was great to have a large dining table to be able to all eat together. Victoria and Jake were great, checking we had everything we needed and getting a couple of extra dining chairs for us. « The house was exactly as described . It was large and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We had an issue with the boiler which was dealt with straight away. Unfortunately the weather was awful , raining most days but the children still went in the sea. »

« The house is beautiful. We were a group of 7 and we enjoyed our weekend. Hot tub was ready for us to use on arrival. That was a absolute treat. The house was clean. Parking around the back was perfect. Couldn't find a fault in the house apart from the bathrooms could do with having bath mats as its quite slippery and dangerous when coming out of the shower. The house is very modern and upto date. Hand guide book left has wifi password. There is a Asda not to far so herting around by car is easy....
