« The property was great and communication was good. The main problem is having to give a deposit prior to arriving. Given the options, it’s basically impossible for a US citizen that doesn’t have a UK bank account or credit card. The only way we could do it was to get someone we knew in the UK to pay it. « This was a little tougher than expected. However it was altogether nice. More like renting a resort cottage. Would be great for young couples or groups of friends. Lots of little extras having a full kitchen and laundry. Shower not really an option. Local area very quiet. This also meant few options for pubs or restaurants except the local grocer. « The property had everything we needed and we could have been completely self sufficient with cooking etc but decided to frequent the local pubs fur dinner, which were excellent! Parking was interesting as we had a different spot every time because of the volume of cars in the street. It wasn’t really an issue as we got close to the property most times. The washing machine was great, just needed to dry your clothing on a clothes horse provided. Really enjoyed our stay in Belfast. »
