« We stayed at the Dormy Club primarily for its location near the Bird Sanctuary but we found it had much more to recommend it. Our room was basic but very comfortable. The hot mineral bath facility was excellent with both an indoor and outdoor bath both of which were easy to access from our room. We were also pleased to find that many nice restaurants and breakfast places were nearby. The Dormy Club staff spoke English and were very kind to us. »

« Pas grand chose à faire aux alentours (sauf Fuji à 1Hr). Expérience hôtelière à vivre, partagée avec des familles japonaises. Demi-pension Japan style pur : tatami, futon, dîner et petits déjeuners japonais. A éviter pour qui ne supporte pas ; à vivre pour les explorateurs et ceux qui ne veulent pas mourir idiots :-) »

« La chambre était minuscule et on était quatre ! À ce prix là, j’étais très déçue. Les environs ne sont pas extraordinaire non plus. Seul point positif : la voiture pour la gare le lendemain. »

« チェックイン時は非接触型で良かった。最初同じグループの経営と思われる違うホステルに行き間違えに気がつきすぐに本来のホステルへ行き無事にチェックインしました！部屋ですが部屋に台所や冷蔵庫などついている物の調理器具やポット、電子レンジがなく2階に共同の部屋がありそちらに置いてあった。部屋に書いておくといいかもです。チェックインの時には2階の共同部屋まで覗かないので。暖房の付け方もよくわからなかった。あとは２泊しましたがタオルなどは揃っており快適でした。また利用させていただきます。 »

« 小菅村を理解した上で泊まること。周辺施設は数軒のみ。17時頃には閉店。施設は築約150年の古民家を改造しているため、天井や柱が低く頭をぶつけやすい。夏は特に虫も出やすい。だが、スタッフの方や村の方たちがでの一生懸命サービスを提供して頂けて大満足。また行きたい。 »

« Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. « Very friendly and accommodating hosts. They prepared us an amazing 4 course meal for dinner and a beautiful breakfast. We played games after dinner and they helped with suggestions about what to do in the area. »

« マラソン大会の前泊で泊まりました。そういった場面だと、賑やかになって普段と全く違う雰囲気になる宿もありますが、ここは落ち着いて自分のペースで過ごすことができました。他のお客さんも同じ気持ちだと思います。夕方のお風呂から、朝のテラスで、と軽井沢の避暑地らしい空気感も味わえます。ちょっとした忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、色々助けていただき、とても助かりました。また泊まって、今度は近くをゆっくり歩いてみたいです。 »

"Chambre grande un peu vieillotte , pas de vue montagne comme réservé. Dans la chambre japonnaise les lits futons n etaient pas faits ,chaussons sales .mais l hotel est propre et calme. Par contre le onsen est super"

"Pour passer une nuit et pas plus Chambre petite, literie très dur et un gros problème de clim 28° sans pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre du coup vous partez très vite le lendemain matin.Sinon l'emplacement est très bien et le personnel adorable."
