« Check in was easy. The living room and dining area were super cozy. Got all of the equipment needed for cooking. Mountain view was great with camping table and chairs on the rooftop. The massage chair did not work so it was a shame. The rooms didn't have any chairs or tables so it’s a bit inconvenient for our bags or personal belongings. Only one of the rooms had a wardrobe, while the other one didn’t have any hooks nor hangers for our clothes. The wallpaper in the toilet had peeled off a bit. »

« Great place with superb view of Fuji, Hiro is so nice and the shuttle is handy (worth messaging them in advance to check times). Rented e bikes/bikes which was great to get around fantastic location, much better price than near the station! »

« Room is big, clean and cozy. Environment is great and peaceful. Location is good. It is only 10 minutes walk to the lake. We had a great time here. »

« 食器ホットプレートなどが汚れていた。 お風呂や水道がチェクインして入った時に出っ放しが4箇所あった。 共同フロア中央フロントにトイレが欲しいのと 3時のチェクイン前にも入れるようにして欲しい。 暗証番号が違っていてなかなか入らなかった 箱根の方は良かったのに残念です »
