« Overall our one night stay was very good, location and food was brilliant, the only complaint we had, was the mattress on the bed was awful, it was lumpy and we kept falling into the middle, we did tell the staff on leaving, hopefully this will be addressed immediately. Would stay there again if in the area. »

« This was an outstanding stopover for a couple of nights. A most welcoming hostess, overseeing our visit throughout. The room, although not large, was clean and well maintained, and like the rest of the property spick and span. Breakfast was outrageously generous, both in size and content. The location is very quiet and highly suited to visiting local attractions, being only 5 mins drive from Aldeburgh and 10 mins from Snape, with car parking well provided on site. Thoroughly recommended. »

« Sian, the landlady is wonderful -- friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel's.com said there are laundry facilities but this is not true. BUT Sian did our laundry for us. We stayed in the annex but no one who was mobility problems, or is tall or heavy should stay there -- it is difficult to maneuver under the low ceilings. »
