« A stunning home. Fabulous views. Beautifully appointed with 4 spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and a wonderful kitchen and living area that had the best sea views. The gym was really well equipped and a great bonus. The garden is enclosed and was perfect for our dog too. Outside patios and balconies made the most of some great weather. »

« A lovely modern property. The bedroom was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The en-suite was a decent size and the shower was very good. No bath. It was easy to locate using sat nav. Lovely quiet location and views. »

« The house is very spectacular with a perfect riverside/estuarial position. We were able to walk across the bridge to Teignmouth where trains can be accessed for local and long- distance journeys and go for walks in the nearby woods. A few pubs and shops, chippy and bakery in the village so no need to drive to get basic provisions. Well recommended for a peaceful break with lovely views and fresh air. »
