« I was so impressed with the Kozy Kottage, it was perfect and homely. There was food in the cupboards, fridge and freezer, all there for you to use, including eggs, milk, bread, condiments and all you need for cooking, oil, salt pepper etc and fruit in the fruit bowl, the beds were comfortable and the shower had amazing pressure. I would 100% recommend this to everyone, we will definitely be using it again. Thank you for a great stay Kozy Kottage »

« We 100% recommend this property to anyone who wants to explore this stunning part of NZ. Our only regret is not having more time to utilise the kayaks and take in the sights of the river.The house is very modern and comfortable and where very surprised with a well stocked fridge of homemade goodies for our breakfast the next day. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive to any questions and requests.Would love to return here soon. »

« I had a great stay in the cabin. The owners are very helpful and great communication. The cabin was everything I needed, quiet, peaceful, in a natural environment. It was cosy coming into winter. I loved the loft and natural timber. Would definitely stay again. Thank you! »

« Laneway Cottage was just perfect! Had everything we needed - especially since this was a last minute trip for us! Karen made check in and check out seamless. Great to be close to the mall and other shops. Cottage had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals too! The welcome sign was so thoughtful ❤️ We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! »

« Excellant accomation, there was 9 adults and there was plenty of seating for everyone. Lots of room in the living area and plenty of rooms. The beds were so comfy to sleep in.The property mansger was prompt when we required an answer to something.We would book again for another weekend away. »

« Its a great property this one, and its the second time the family has stayed there. However there are a couple of things that didn't work. The BBQ, one of the burners has completed rusted out. We love BBQing at that property. The other is the hot water. I think there might be something not working on the hot water cylinder. One day one we had some hot water but on day two, we had no hot water. We had to boil the jug to wash the dishes. Those are just minor things really, the consensus from...

« It was prefect for our family as it made our stay v comfortable as we had young children and we felt safe as was close to the beach and we could walk to shops if needed. We would like to book it again for next year. »

« Our group felt so cozy and homey at Fantail cottage while we explored nearby Hamilton and Hobbiton. Fiona was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped and the provided milk, coffee, hot chocolate, and cereals was a nice touch. Everyones favorite part is that the shower was hot with really good water pressure! We also really enjoyed the chickens (chooks) and they seemed to like our food scraps just as much. Thank you for a lovely stay :) »
