Staff most helpful, carrying luggage and providing information. There is an onsite brewery! The night was extremely hot, so difficult to sleep, but very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The bathroom could have done with refurbishment to the tiling and taps, but was acceptable. There is a large parking area, by the river garden. »

"Suite à un quiproquo en interne sur la chambre initialement prévue (la chambre n'avait pas de lit car était prévue pour une conférence les jours suivants), après leur avoir signalé le personnel à l'accueil s'est excusé immédiatement et m'a surclassé dans une chambre supérieure au dernier étage. Équipements propres et bien entretenus, le petit déjeuner est excellent et tout le personnel que j'ai eu l'occasion de croiser à été extrêmement attentionné. J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci de votre accueil."
