« Lovely apartment but couldn't get oven to turn on or microwave which was child locked. Went through folder on fridge but nothing to help with this issue. Also only had a few satellite channels and very bad signal which meant we were stuck with one music station. »

« Great location really close to the Malvern hills so we were able to walk straight from the door to some great views. The apartment itself was perfectly comfortable and we all slept well. The kitchen was missing a few basic items we would have found useful (wooden spoon, ice cube tray, washing up liquid, kitchen roll and cling film). We were however given dishwasher tablets but sadly never found the dishwasher! The apartment was generally clean but the windows could have done with some attention,...

« We loved this well equipped apartment, there were just 4 of us, so we had a choice of beds from the 3 doubles & the twin room. The apartment was in a perfect location to explore Ludlow.The welcome pack was a lovely touch and to have hand soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper & coffee left for us was a very welcome touch. The host was in contact with us leading up to and during our visit.We recommend this apartment fir friends, couples and families. »
