« Sadly, this was one of the worst properties I’ve stayed in. It bears absolutely no resemblance to the description and photos. The facilities are poor, it’s dirty, smells stale, and the communication with the host was also very sporadic. I ended up staying for 10 minutes, whilst trying to find a hotel which I thankfully did. Still waiting on refund. »

« This property was fantastic. Clean, great amenities, perfect location. On the edge of the caravan park so super quiet with lovely views. Only a few mins walk to the beach, where you can also get a £2 bus into Rye every hour (or a £15 taxi but make sure to call and book in advance). "Attention :si des éléments disparaissent dans votre chambre, inutile de vous plaindre à la direction car on vous répond que cela disparait par magie... Constat fait lors du passage du personnel de chambre... La manager est désagréable et vous répond que ce n'est pas possible. De plus, nous avions réservés 1 nuitée de plus. La nuit a été annulé par magie certainement car le lendemain matin on nous annonce : "chambre indisponible". Biensur aucun mail d'annulation et aucune excuse... On nous propose de réserver 2 chambres... Bref nous sommes venus plusieurs fois, c'est bien la derniÚre"
