I thought I was talking to a Vrbo person and was confused that the property details was on a different provider"s site. The flat address was for the ground floor but the flat was on the 1st floor. Neither of the visible keysafes yielded the keys - found a third eventually. Spent ages trying the wrong flat door. Only 2 of us but the property was advertised for 5. Enough beds but no...
