« The house was very clean and the bathroom was very nice and spacious. The owner made entering the house and locking it very easy and accessible. The towels were clean and did not have any weird smells to them. The location from the train station was not too bad averaging about 13 minutes away from each station near by. There were many shops nearby for people to get food and snacks. Highly recommend for those that don’t mind walking and exploring. »

« Our family of five adults had a wonderful 5 night stay in Shinjuku! The home was spacious and set in a very quiet neighborhood, which made it the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring. Everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed—including a coffee maker, coffee and toaster, which were such a treat to find in Japan. « A great location and house-we loved the shops and restaurants near the house as well as being close to the train and subway lines. If you want a quiet, local feel house, this is the place. We went in and out of downtown Tokyo but always had a nice quiet place to come home to! Definitely a place to come back to. »

« This house has it all! Traveling with 9 people can be tough. This house had tons of space so we weren't on top of each other. There are multiple train stations close by and it was easy to get to every part of Tokyo from the house. Communication with the property owner was amazing and they provided a lot of assistance. I would stay here again! »

« Everything is as described in the listing, although we had some communication issues at the beginning. Guests who stayed there before us have not checked out when we arrived, got very confused since the owner cannot be contacted via different channels, had to involve Vrbo support. Was told to use the bedroom on 3rd floor, which is nothing like the pictures in the listing. Got in touch with owner later on and everything got straightened out. »

"Beautiful Hotel with a very professional staff and magnificent garden. Must see ! Very comfortable and clean room. Extra fee for using Swimming pool which is not big but still nice. Very friendly and helpful staff , some of them need to master English little more to facilitate communication. We were not sure if we are understood. All restaurants serve delicious meals !!! I loved our stay and cant wait to come back. Real 5 star Hotel !"
