Turns out I didn’t need it - once the heating kicked on the basement was toasty warm. We did run out of toilet paper and there were no pods for the washing machine but overall it was a lovely stay, thank you. »

« We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps.
