« A fabulous cottage for our purposes. It was surprisingly spacious and more than comfortable for the 6 of us (4 adults, 2 kids). It has a very pretty little backyard where we sat and enjoyed some early evening sunshine. Would definitely stay again. »

« We were four adults and throughly enjoyed our three nights stay.The property was clean and much larger than i expected. Two nice double bedrooms and good sized open plan kitchen and sitting room.Very nice.Our host,Charles, was on hand to help with check in and for the rest of our stay.He was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the property to anyone who is looking for stay in that area. »

« Well. We have just returned home after one of the best holidays ever in such a beautiful cottage in a beautiful village of Docking. Everything that we needed was available in the cottage, down a little sleepy road where all you could hear was the birds singing and a hare would often run pass on an evening. A faultless property and we can't wait to return in the near future. »

Generally clean and tidy, although not sure if it had a deep clean due to COVID-19. « The overall stay at the location was nice and pleasant. Communication between customers and owner was basic. The building of stay was a good size and plenty of room to move about without being on top of eachother. The decor was outdated and requires upgrades in places. Cleanliness was poor in places so ended up cleaning ourselves. The big let down of property was the poor WiFi signal which was not spoke about in there general advertising discription. We would go back and hope to find the...
