« On one of the day my room was not cleaned,i asked the guy and he said i did not inform him,i told him it should be the other way around,if i inform him not to clean then there is no need to clean otherwise he should clean.Maybe the management should put the label slider or a hanger on the door to indicate if cleaning of the room is required. Other than that,not much issues,room and toilet is small but i took the standard room and for the price,there is no complaints.There is only one coffee shop...

"Hôtel très agréable. La chambre était propre, la literie confortable, avec une belle vue sur la rivière. Le personnel était très aimable et le petit déjeuner buffet varié et de bonne qualité. Position très centrale dans Kuantan, à deux pas de nombreux cafés et restaurants."
