« This was a very comfortable place to stay during our trip to Johor Bahru. The apartment was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and all the basic facilities we needed were available. What impressed us most was the customer service. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and were always willing to help. The surrounding area is convenient as well, with lots of restaurants and places to shop nearby. We had a great experience overall and would happily recommend this place to our friends. »

« The hotel is in a good location and very spacious rooms. The room condition is not great upon closer inspection as there are a lot of small damages, but in general it was a pleasant stay and decent value for money. The breakfast was good. The staff at check in and maintenance staff were not very useful and I saw the cleaners hiding often on their phones, but when they did the work it was fine. »
