« Reception took 20 minutes to check us in and then told us the restaurant was closed. Woke me up by phone to demand we come down stairs to pay a tourist tax. The need a bit of a lesson in customer service. »

« Great hotel, great service, great staff ! »

« Super hotel.

« Overall, I greatly enjoyed my stay and would like to thank the staff for their kind assistance and good service. »

« The room was clean and spacious. Not much amenities. Need to drive out to Bukit Indah for food. Without car, it is quite inconvenient. »
