« We needed a quiet and comfortable place to stay as were coming to Lewes for my dad’s funeral. The house was perfect - beautifully arranged and attentively styled, and hugely homely - like a comforting hug. We wanted boiled eggs for breakfast and there were no egg cups so we bought three in town and left as a gift. A small microwave would be a useful addition to the kitchen. »

« A beautiful chalet, newly renovated with everything we needed for the family. Cosy bedding, soft towels, highchair and all the TV options the kids could need. A short drive or walk to Selsey, Asda around the corner and a lovely pool on site. I believe this is the nicest chalet on site! »

« Hawthorn Lodge is a nice place to stay. The only issue is lack of plugs near any mirror to use the hairdryer. »

« The lodge was very comfortable with everything we needed for a long weekend break.In this particular lodge there was a hot tub and sauna which was a welcome addition. Only one tiny niggle was the lack of coat hooks in the lodge as these would have been extremely helpful especially as it was a very wet weekend and we had been out walking with our dog everyday, twice a day. Bringing a torch is useful as it’s very dark at night and helpful when going with the dog for his last comfort break of the...

It’s so peaceful and lodges are excellent quality and have everything you need inside them.Modern, comfortable, dog friendly, hot tub cleaned daily.Reception is extremely helpful. The owners are really accommodating and can’t do enough for you and your stay!Lovely walks and pubs to visit in walking distance.We always look forward to coming back year after year! »

« Another great stay @ Tilford Woods Lodge Retreat. Everything you need all under one roof and the Hot Tub as always was a bonus. Our favourite place to unwind and relax every once in a while. We will be back and would recommend to anyone just wanting to escape the hustle and bustle. Lots to do in and around surrounding areas. Look forward to our next time @ Tilford Woods. »
