« On Saturday at 2 in the afternoon we were told we would be moved to a different location. Which is late notice but understandable due to a broken bed. However once we arrived at the new location we were appalled. Initially the front door had been kicked in. Then we made it to the bedroom where bedding was dirty and clearly hadn’t been changed since last used. It was also falling apart. « We were unpleasantly surprised when the host gave us the wrong location, but this was quickly corrected. The rented apartment wasn't maintained! I can't explain the positive feedback and high ratings. The photos accompanying the reservation make the apartment look brand new, but it's very neglected. There's a lot of deferred maintenance, and mold is prevalent in the bathroom and kitchen. Damp patches have been covered, among other things, and there's a pungent odor, which is unpleasant.
