« The bedrooms and living rooms had nice blankets and linens, and the tv and wifi worked well. We had multiple adults staying, and people slept very well. The kitchen and bathrooms could use updating, as well as the dent in the wall that looks like someone punched (or hit their head quite hard). The front walk had quite a few weeds, and the back garden was not at all prepared for people to enjoy the space (also a bit weedy, no furniture, the washing line apparatus unclean). It would have been nice...

« Good well equipped house in a lovely location. Stay would have been enhanced by a welcome pack to enable us to have a cup of tea / coffee on arrival. 10 30 check out instead of 10 am would also have improved our stay., it’s quite hard to get children ready, leave the house tidy & strip the beds (as requested) all by 10am. »

« The house is exactly as advertised, and communication with owner Helen was easy. She answered all our questions so quickly. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the location is close to an outstanding chippy and only a short walk from the high street. I cannot recommend it enough! »

« Two girlfriends and I had a lovely retreat at Steph and Nikki’s spacious and airy house. We enjoyed the garden, with sofa, table and fire pit. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for self-catering. I plan to rebook with my family as it seems like an ideal holiday home if you have small children as the garden is closed off from the road and there’s plenty of space for them to roam around. « Warm, cosy and quiet, very close to the river and with riverside walks into nearby Potter Heigham (restaurants, shops and bus routes) or to Thurne (fabulous riverside pub). We actually stayed in Walnut Tree, identical to Willow Tree, both located at the far end of a quiet and narrow lane. The most fabulous double yolk free range eggs just back up the lane! »

« We stayed here for Christmas 2023 and really enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located in the village of Rollsby, in a quiet location but still close enough to the main roads leading to supermarkets, pubs and other local attractions. Communication from the owners was both helpful and thoughtful. The house was furnished with everything we needed for our stay (and loads more!) and we were grateful that the owners had also put in the extra effort of adding a Christmas tree, fully laid...
