« Average budget hotel, rooms, linen dirty, old rusty fittings, small rooms. Room service staff very slow and careless. Management need to train staff specifically for customer service and facility management, cleaniness & professionalism. »

« This is my genuine experience staying here. I arrived around 2:30 AM after my flight was delayed. The first thing I noticed was staff sleeping in the lobby. While I tried to overlook that, the real disappointment came when I entered my room. The room was extremely dirty. The bed was unclean, and the bathroom was filthy as well. Unfortunately, I had another flight to Varanasi in a few hours, so I had no choice but to take a quick shower and leave. My advice to anyone considering this property:...

« very very unethical approach of hotel. paid huge amount for this poor hotel. They even dont give water and charge for Rs 20.00. I included the breakfast in package, but they are ready to give me one paratha worth rs 90.00 only in name of breakfast. very very unethical approach and talking. very very very disappointment listening so much after payment Rs 2800/- »

« Not at all good. Bath room taps are of 19th century and water gushing out w/out tap. Center hall was full of rubbish. Lift did not work. Safety hand rails missing in 2nd floor stair. AC had no remote. Has to climb on sofa to adjust. Window ply screens were dancing »
