« bel hotel , personnel souriant mais donnant des infos errones, Ex nous disant qu'on avait droit a une lessive gratuite mais finalement c'etait faux, que la piscine etait en maintenance et que l'eau etait froide pour pas qu'on y aille ; nous avions reserve une chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants mais 1 seul lit double pour les 4 , pas de chambres familiales mais lit d'appoint payant 25 euros la nuit »

Beautiful hotel, cooperative and polite staff, always smiling and give you full attention at all times, decent buffet breakfast. Room and toilet were clean with high quality linens and towels. They have USB charging sockets in every room. You dont have to carry your international sockets for mobile phones. Would recommend this hotel. »

There was no TV remote control, but I was given one when I asked the cleaning crew who was making up the other rooms.
The hotel was a 10-minute walk from the India Exhibition Centre. But do take note the nearest convenient store is a few kilometers away. »

"Un séjour agréable avec un personnel professionnel et à l’écoute.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et équipées. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner les options sont nombreuses et il y a également la possibilité de commander certains plats spéciaux.
Seul petit défaut c’est la piscine non chauffée qui est gelée malgré de hautes températures et les bruits de marteau et visseuses assez tôt le matin, si vous voulez dormir il est préférable d’aller plus tôt au lit."

"I could not even get into the hotel because the surrounding streets were closed. The hotel did not avise me before so I ended up having no place to stay at 11pm. I called the hotel and they said they would refund all of my stay. Then, two days later, they said they would not refund me anything. Very disappointing.
