« Safe parking and perfect to break our journey up to Whitby »

« Do not stay! Room dirty, broken furniture, full of cobwebs and mould. No housekeeping during stay to replenish cups, tea, milk etc. Contacted the property to request a reimbursement before posting a negative comment. But no response from owners. »

« I had the best time here, its so peaceful, stunning views and a very clean, spacious room. But to top it off the couple running it were the nicest people you will ever meet. They know so much about the history of the surpunding area and will give you advice for activities to do if you are ever stuck. I would highly recommend staying here and i will 100% be returning »

« Room was very clean and warm, lovely comfy bed and the lady I met on arrival and leaving was very helpful , even gave me some extra biscuits as I left because the weather was very cold and unpleasant »

« Great base for Loughborough Uni, lovely village for a walk. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good but started a bit late on the weekend at 9am. We also ate in the pub and both meals and service was excellent. Easy parking. »
