« When we got in the caravan it was dirty no bins emptied no bedding we had to go buy sheets devets. The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied and had used sanitary pads in there. The toaster had to be cleaned before use. Smelt really bad due to nothing being cleaned. We came home on the a day early because we were so disappointed. »

« My family and I had the most amazing time at this lodge, the host kept in touch all the way from first booking to leaving the property, we found the lodge very clean and welcoming with a lovely gift for us on arrival, the hot tub was clean and very relaxing with a wonderful view across the lake, I would highly recommend this lodge »
