« The shops was only 5 minutes away.
The hotel was very clean and tidy.
Staff could not do enough for you.
Over all i will certainly go back there
Car was in a safe place over night.

« We had a ground floor room which was close to kitchen and breakfast room which was noisy for the golfers who had requested earlier breakfast times. Staff convivial and friendly. Breakfast good and plenty of it - Lincolnshire sausage excellent.
Beware carparking access a little tricky to negotiate. Easy access to local shops and golf course! »

« The room was comfortable and the hotel not far from the pier in Skegness.
The staff is really friendly.
There is no breakfast at the hotel, but you can have it in lot of places around. »

« Was greeted by the lady owner on arrival , who explained everything well .
The room was clean and tidy with lots of toiletries , nice touch.
Breakfast was a self service with lots to choose from , we were expecting a continental breakfast , but there were sausages, beans , boiled eggs and tinned tomatoes. The sausages let a fine breakfast down , but i am biased because i am a butcher with my own shop. So using catering sausages is a no no in my book . »
