« Lovely small cottage near to everything »

« Very clean. Location is perfect »

« Lovely, small and cosy cottage. I stayed during a storm and thanks to the wood burner the cottage was warm and cosy. The bed is comfy and it’s super quiet for a good night‘s sleep. The big walled garden must be amazing to sit in in the summer! Canterbury isn’t far and the nearest beaches are only around half an hour drive away. There’s plenty of hiking opportunities, too. I’d love to come back. »

« Great location but this place is tiny. Set up for a family of four (4 beds) but there isn't even enough room for 4 people to sit around a table for breakfast. And the kitchen area is also tiny and quite impractical. Probs work well for a couple, but we struggled as a family of four (and we are all pretty small!) for four days. »

« Little Chart is a lovely old cottage full of character. It's beautifully furnished and very well equipped. However it would help if the "House Manual" was left in an obvious place - it was hidden behind some bottles in the kitchen. We did not find the deep freeze (in the summerhouse/shed in the garden) until after our shopping had been delivered and the few frozen things we had ordered were returned because we thought we had nowhere to keep them! It would help if the location of the freezer...

« We were completely satisfied with this cozy little apartment. Great location, just a few minutes up to the cliffs and a few minutes down to the very good Coastguard pub and Bay. The apartment was very clean and there was everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There was even bread, butter, eggs and jam ready for us when we arrived - we felt very welcome. We will be very happy to come again! »
