« We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. « It was 100 degrees in DC the day I arrived. They didn't turn the AC on even though they left 1/2 hour before our arrival time. It took hours to get the apt cool. I texted the owner but didn't hear back until the next day.There was mold in both showers, hair in both sinks and on the toilet and some on the wall. There was old urine on the toilet seat. « It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. »
