« We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, with beautiful furnishings, thoughtful details, and everything we needed for a DC vacation. « Location is walkable to some restaurants in the downtown area. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom in the master and shared hallway bath room for the other 2 rooms. This is an older building that has been nicely renovated. The floors do creak and there are folks living downstairs. Upstairs can get hot so you have to turn the AC down before sleeping. There is space for parking one car and additional street parking. Kitchen was fully equipped. Host was very responsive. »

« Cute and comfortable upstairs apartment with all the necessities! Enough paper goods stocked for our 3 night visit to DC, not to mention shower amenities as well. We really appreciated the extra window ac unit in the bedroom on top of the central air conditioning… really made sleeping in the comfy bed a dream on these hot July nights! I can’t comment on kitchen utensils, or cooking appliances as we did not cook but there was a full stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, which had bottles...

« We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. « It is a beautiful and convenient property, For the most part it was clean, with the exception that there were several roaches spotted in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room area. My guess is that it may be due to the neighbors in the building. »

« It was 100 degrees in DC the day I arrived. They didn't turn the AC on even though they left 1/2 hour before our arrival time. It took hours to get the apt cool. I texted the owner but didn't hear back until the next day.There was mold in both showers, hair in both sinks and on the toilet and some on the wall. There was old urine on the toilet seat.
