« This apartment is so stylish and comfortable. It has so many beautiful details. The location is perfect for walking to many of my favorite Dunedin restaurants and sights too. The only slight negative aspect of our stay was the arguing seagulls on the rooftop in the early morning. I'm not sure how the owner would keep them away though. Overall this apartment is a real find and I would gladly stay here again. »

« We used this place overnights only, since we were visiting our family who are near neighbours.The place should not be listed until a variety of defects are removed. These are primarily electrical.In the bathroom: there is an outlet that is closer to the sink than is allowed under current code. There is no evidence that this (or any other sockets) are RCD protected; there is a heater on the wall that must be directly wired, and switched by the user using a pull cord. « Location was perfect and the view from the bedroom window was beautiful, parking was a tight sqeeze but given it's close proximity to the city totally understandable. Nice clean and funky place with many querky elements to it, comfortable bed, keep in mind master is upstairs and bathroom downstairs. Overall a great experience, so close to everything we need. »

The location was excellent and made getting around very easy. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, and they were very accommodating throughout our stay. « Rooms, towels, sheets are clean. Not suitable for elderly people who need to carry their luggage up the stairs to the suite. Jono is very helpful and responds quickly. I think there should be more hooks in the shower rooms. Free roadside parking just outside the apartment, from 6pm to 9am. »
