« Une excellente adresse. Un seul bémol, les escaliers pour accéder aux appartements. Pas pratique quand on est chargé en bagages. Sinon tout est top et la ville de queenstown super sympa. »

« Proximity to the CBD was great as driving in the city is a nightmare so great to be able to walk. Apartment is really funky and would recommend to others. »

« We had an excellent week long stay. The place had great views of Lake Wakatipu and is walking distance to town (albeit a bit uphill coming back). A few dings here and there but very clean, comfortable and not noisy, kitchen was more than adequate to cook daily meals for a family of 6. Beds were adequate and comfortable. Washer and dryer is great, detergent provided for. No appliance were noted to be out of order. Ample private parking for 2 cars. The best part was the hospitality, Element...

« Nous avons choisi cette établissement pour notre séjour à Queenstown. A notre arrivée nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de l’hébergement et le confort de celui-ci. L’hébergement est très spacieux et bien équipé. La ville est à 3 minutes en voiture et a une dizaine de minutes à pieds. Nous recommandons vivement cette établissement et nous y retournons la semaine prochaine pour un deuxième séjour. »

« We had a lovely stay it was nice and warm. The kitchen was great and worked well. We couldnt find any where for our ski boots and wet gear but I suppose we could have used the drier and made it work. One of the single beds was a bit to long and wouldnt allow the door to close so we put it on a angle to make it work. Overall a great stay and would recommend it »

« The unit has a great location and an excellent view. The bed was a little hard for our liking, but you cant win them all with beds. Also, the unit is a downstairs unit, so the occasional noise from the neighbors happened. Neither the bed or doenstairs were a problem though. Just info for future guests. Overall, the spot was great, and id stay there again. »

"En arrivant à la réception de l'hôtel, l'on m'annonce que j'ai été surclassé 😊.. En effet j'avais réservé une chambre sans vue sur le lac et je me retrouve avec une chambre avec vue sur le lac... Peut-être parce que je suis membre gold en ce moment... Toujours est-il que ce fut une très agréable surprise. Les repas et les petits déjeuner furent très bons et beaucoup de choix pour le petit-déjeuner. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine, du jacuzzi et d'un sauna (d'une capacité de 10 personnes) la chambre etait spacieuse et la literie de bonne qualité "

"Les logements proposés sont très vieux donc aucune isolation tant sonore que pour l'humidité. Nous entendons tous les bruits même si les gens à côté et au dessus ne font pas spécialement exprès. Ouvrir un robinet, ventilation, conversation ou rires, l'impression d'être tous les uns avec les autres. C'est vraiment dommage car le cadre est magnifique, le personnel très serviable et c'est très bien placé par rapport au centre ville puisque accessible à pied. "

"Cet hôtel est pour vous si vous appréciez : - le ménage très approximatif qui vous laisse des reliques des précédents occupante : poils dans la baignoire, pansements usagés, rejet de dentifrice sur la vasque… - les insonorisations du niveau tente de camping qui vous permettent d’entendre vos voisins parler, ronfler, aller aux toilettes, se sécher les cheveux… - les salles de bain à peine plus grandes qu’une cabine téléphonique (et encore nous avions pris la chambre dite supérieure) avec un lavabo à peine plus haut que les genoux "
