« Probably as good a price you can get for a large group. This property does the job - but fair warning, the parking permit provided was not accepted by the parking management company. We got a £100 ticket on the 3rd day of our stay, and the hosts told us that there was no issue with the permit provided because we didn't get a ticket on the prior days! The parking company does not seem to agree! The host have not helped us resolve this and are not responding in a timely manner. »

« Pretty cottage, in a beautiful sunny garden. We loved eating on the terrace under the wisteria. It's an old cottage with low doors, so don't forget to duck if you're tall! The stairs are very narrow, not suitable for someone with mobility issues. Only one street back from the beach and a short walk to the shops and pubs. West Mersea is very picturesque! »
