« The property didn’t appear to what it looked like in the picture. The air conditioner above the bedroom wall was leaking on to the bed and my head where we sleep multiple times. The room gets hot in the middle of the night. We notified the staff and he tried to fix it but he stated it had to be fixed when we check out. They also need to update their cookware. The beach water had seaweed all over it. We couldn’t get in the water. They had to replace the coffee maker which was not working. »

« The true test of a good host, to me, is how things are handled when issues occur. After a long stressful trip, we learned before coming there was a problem with the AC, but they were working on it. It turned out to need a new motor, and there was no available motor on the island. We spent the first night without air. « Great location and concierge support. It was right on the beach and close to restaurants and bars. The only disappointment (not the owners fault) was the ocean. Several months of the year the water is murky brown because of the algae. Definitely not a place to snorkel. »

« We had a wonderful trip and this property was amazing. We rented the entire property-3 condos which easily worked for our 17 adult guests. We used the pool, grill, the hammocks, the long dock for fishing, etcThe caretakers of the property were so helpful and very friendly. They helped make sure we enjoyed our stay and with anything we needed. The property manager helped coordinate our transfers to/from airport and golf carts. She answered our questions and communicated extremely well throughout...
