Be sure to arrange snorkeling trip with Francis and wish we had known that we could arrange fishing with him before booking through a local company. « We loved our stay at the Dreaded Grape cabana. The photos don't do justice to the size of the property in a lovely courtyard with an honesty bar full of cold beers. It's steps away from a quiet beach and easy walking distance to the centre of Caye Caulker. Excellent air conditioning and the cabana was well equipped with coffee. The bed was very comfortable and we loved sitting out on the terrace for breakfast. Ben was a great host and gave us excellent tips to help us make the most of our stay....

« We enjoyed our stay at the gumbo limbo property and would return! Everything is as it is listed. Requested an additional blanket and the host provided this upon arrival. Just far enough to be away from main road, but a quick bike ride to anything on the island. Saw humming birds in the morning and enjoyed quick ocean access. »

« Bay towers has a great view of the sea. The night time breeze was priceless. You didn’t need a/c or a fan at night. There were 2 restaurants within walking distance. « This property is managed by Vacasa and it's a nuisanse. When you're traveling you'd appreciate having all the information in one source. Unfortunately, in this case VRBO site merely redirects you elsewhere which is often inconvenient. They stay itself was pleasant. The staff was responsive and accomodating. We found the $15 AC surcharge a bit strange and actually a bit spoiling the impression. I doubt it's a good business model (we didn't take it). »
