Gaps in flooring, no tea towel, lights turned off every 30 mins, tv stored on top of cupboard (it would have been nice to use), stool was too tall to sit at bench and extra pillows would have been nice (only 1 each supplied and very thin). Bad communication tainted the whole visit-had to wait at...

« Great place to stay, the room is exactly as advertised. 20 minute walk downtown and well connected to East Midlands. The studio with the small kitchenette and the private bathroom was definitely worth it. The gym is great for a little workout »
