« Excellent studio apartment with all the facilities you'd need for a short stay, in a clean, modern building and at a great price. Great central location and good for trams, especially if travelling to Tramlines festival. Lots of extra facilities in building like a laundry room which was very useful. Would definitely stay again next time in Sheffield. »

« pros: great convenient location quiet, decent sound proofing heating worked fine reliable wifi comfortable overall cons: given contact phone no. doesn't work, their online info needs updating. missing basics - no bath mat, no hair dryer, no tv, no kitchen cleaning supplies (sponge, bin bags etc.) rendering the kitchen useless except for microwave & fridge. inconvenient keys pick up & drop off from a locker 5mins away clean enough overall but dishes were a bit dirty »

« This was a scam. No email was ever received from the property with check-in instructions and they never responded to messages or calls. We ended up having to book different hotels and am trying to get a refund from hotels.com »

« Even though I had an issue with my toilet, they immediately answer to my message. Excellent communication. I got my deposit back without problems a couple of days after my checkout. »

« I was a little concerned that check in info, including teh address, was to be provided only 3 hours before check-in time, but in the event it all worked out fine. The apartment is not fancy, but comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped. »

« Localización excepcional justo en el centro de Nottingham. Es un estudio en una residencia de estudiantes que en verano alquila sus estudios; y por tanto no tiene todos los servicios de un hotel. Alquilas un estudio/apartamento y tu te encargas de mantenerlo durante la estancia. Edificio tranquilo durante la estancia. »

« Secure and handy studio flat with parking. An excellent option for us. Kitchen was well stocked for utensils etc. Small point was no cafetiere - but instant coffee and tea bags etc were supplied. »

"Rooms a bit dates and nothing special at all for the price. Better options nearby. I have a habit of staying here regularly when in Sheffield on business as I have done so for years...and have stuck with it because of on-site parking and ease of access etc. However, the parking is now managed via a 3rd party and if you leave the car park for an hour and come back it's a pain, as there are just 2 payment rates (£12 day rate/£18 overnight). There is a way around it by explaining to reception each time but I just found it badly managed and impractical. Executive rooms are basically standard rooms with a coffee machine and a bathrobe. Breakfast is good. Shop nextdoor is handy, and a good range of restaurants nearby"
