« It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay . »

« Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. »

« Réservation pour 2 nuits avec 11 personnes de 9 à 75 ans. La maison est jolie avec sa petite cours. Les salles de bain sont agréables et propres. Malheureusement la maison est équipée pour 8 personnes, pas plus. Nous avions 9 fourchettes, 8 chaises pour les repas, 1 table pour 8 personnes serrées donc impossible d'y mettre 13 personnes comme indiqué dans l'annonce. « Stephen’s place was amazing. Everything was fresh, clean, updated and comfortable. We are Brits living overseas and stayed here to celebrate New Year’s Eve in London, after visiting family in Kent for Christmas. We had a couple of issues that we informed Stephen about but we managed to work around them.
