Autre point nĂ©gatif, lors de la description : possibilitĂ© du parking sur place , en faite pas possible du tout , exclusivement rĂ©servĂ© aux rĂ©sidents de l’immeuble, donc on dois ce dĂ©brouiller et trouver un parking dinon c’est l’amende garantie »

« Propreté et gentillesse du responsable est le maitre mot de cette location. Il a fait un effort pour parler lentement . Etablissement sérieux . le quartier est vraiment paisible à 20mm à pied du O2 arena. Idéal donc pour qui veut aller voir un concert sur cette salle. »

« I was surprised to find we were staying in Student accommodation. Our room was actually 3 separate lockable bedrooms with a shared lounge and kitchen. It was adequate. But sparten. There was wayer damage in the bathroom. And both bathrooms were tiny. There was no facility to store our bags, before check in. And i found the reception very unhelpful as to how to store them while we filled in time. After 36 hours travelling, it was quite stressful. When we did return to check in our room was...

« No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

« We had to make more than 3 calls and spent 1h on the phone just to get someone to speak to us and only later to give us the key to apartment. We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up. Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses. The daily rate charged was quite expensive given the poor quality of beds and matresses. That is not quality, but unacceptable state of affairs. « This property is in a great location, close to the tube and easily walkable to the Olympic park and London stadium (we came to see the baseball at the stadium!) The main room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfy and had all the basics we needed, no tea/coffee provided but there was a supermarket over the road and coffee shops and cafe’s close by. It was perfect for our weekend trip and we enjoyed our stay. »
