« Overall was good. I think the 24 hour before key code system is so stressful, especially when the email they sent didn't include the passcode. We could only message hotel .com, but the staff told us just to wait until the morning on the check in day, it was so frustrating as we waited but they didn't contact us. We finally could get our key passcode after we contacted the Accommodation Emergency number. The staff was very nice and she immediately email us the code. Despite this, the room 31 was...

« Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. »

« We stay a family of 3 for 4 nights beginning of Jan 2020. Having read mixed feedbacks when looking at closest transportation I got worried. But in the end, apart from not having always 100% clear answers to my questions to the employees, our stay there was excellent. We had a brand new small flat. Everything working perfectly. « This is a really nice place. Lovely bathroom, friendly staff, a cute private patio and nice touches in the room that makes it feel welcoming. Plus even though I don’t have a car, they had reserved a parking space for me which was kind. I’d be willing to book again. »
