« Fabulous property, like a real-life Weasley Burrow, hundreds of years old and naturally higgledy-piggledy as a result but very well and sympathetically updated. 2 families with teens/tweens all comfortably accommodated with ample space. Very plush, warm and clean. Although close to Saffron Walden and Stansted, you wouldn't know it: it was silent at night, and you truly felt secluded and cossetted in the 1800s. « We came to Suffolk to do some family tree research and Orford was a great place to stay. Although there wasn't dedicated parking, there was always plenty of space in the market square. The village itself is a lovely place to stay, with plenty of places to walk and explore. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and well equipped. »

« Beautiful place, very clean, comfy beds, the place is fully equipped with everything any group might need. Pet friendly. Our labrador enjoyed big green area to run around. Child friendly, with loads of toys to keep little angels occupied. Very welcoming and accomodating host, we will certainly be back. »
